apply to all stock numbers in a product series.
Legacy Reports
Legacy reports were originally issued by one of the four different building-product evaluation services in the United States: the National Evaluation Service (NES), BOCA evaluation services (BOCA ES), ICBO Evaluation Service (ICBO ES), and SBCCI Public Safety Testing and Evaluation Services, Inc. (SBCCI PST & ESI). On February 1, 2003, these four "legacy" services combined their operations as ICC Evaluation Service (ICC-ES).
USP has submitted all legacy reports to ICC-ES for conversion to an ICC-ES Report compliant with 2003 and 2006 IBC and IRC acceptance criteria. To check on status of a particular report, reference

ICC-ES ESR-2685 is a cross-reference index for USP joist hangers, straps,
holdowns and similar connectors. This index is inclusive of all USP code
evaluation reports recognized by ICC-ES and lists product series, report
number and models. The ESR-2685 report is subject to change as reports are
issued.
